Postage
We post using Australia Post. Our items are sent from Toowoomba, Queensland, and in most cases, it takes 1-3 working days to get to there destination, but can be up to 5 working days for more remote locations.
We strongly recommend purchasing Registered Post as not only does it give you peace of mind that your item is traceable, but also has $100 insurance as well, as stickersuperstore.com.au is can not be held liable for loss or damage once being given to Australia Post.

Stickers Smaller than 310mm wide x 200mm high : Are posted flat with a strong piece of cardboard used to ensure the sticker is not bent or folded during transit.
Stickers Larger than 310mm wide x 200mm high: Are posted rolled inside an Australia Post Mailing Tube to ensure optimum protection for the large stickers.
Returns
If a product needs returning, please let us know first before returning the item, as it maybe resolved without the return of the item. The return of the item must approved by a staff member from stickersuperstore.com.au. Returns are only accepted if:
